            How this book was born.           

 

Dear Reader,

 

I did not set out to write a book about fear. 

 

I started writing about being a woman growing a business. 

 

But in the process, I kept noticing how fear can paralyze us, not always in obvious ways, but in subtle, quiet ones. It convinces us of stories that are not true, and it weighs us down more than we realize. 

 

At some point, I said enough. 

 

And it was in that vulnerability that I discovered something important: within fear there is also an opportunity to grow, to evolve. 

 

That is how this book was born. 

 

I hope you enjoy this book, that it speaks to you, challenges you, and changes your life in the ways that matter most.
